The Program

Join other expecting and new parents to learn about the things no one talks about but everyone wishes someone had talked about! Learn about risk factors and ways to prevent or lessen the impact of postpartum depression or anxiety; bust the myths culture promotes about early motherhood/fatherhood; prepare your support system; learn how to set healthy boundaries with loved-ones; increase self-care and compassion; develop communication strategies that can save your partnership; and much much more!
